Descubriendo el Cayo Aurora
Partiendo de la playa en San Jacinto, los kayaks
se preparan para el cruce a cayo Aurora
En la distancia se ve el cayo Aurora, y los
participantes reman.
Descansando cerca del muelle del cayo,
esperamos permiso para navegar por los
canales.
Permiso concedido, los kayaks se desplazan
por el canal...
...para emerger al lado sur del cayo...
...donde las aguas tranquilas y llanas
nos ofrecen un descanso del kayak...

kayaks prepare for the crossing to Aurora cay
In the distance, you can see Aurora
cay and the participants paddle.
Resting near the cay’s dock, we await
permission to navigate thru the canals.
Permission granted, the kayaks proceed
thru the canal…
…to emerge on the south side of the cay…
…where the calm and shallow waters
offer a chance to rest from the kayak…
